Learning to tend to and bonding with camels on a daily basis

Learning how to tell direction for Qibla and times for five daily prayers from the use of the sun and stars
Joining an expedition searching for lost Aboriginal Art in the area of trekking
Daily Invocations under the Southern Stars and readings from a Classical Text
Sitting around daily campfires at night under the canopy of the Milky Way, listening to Sacred Stories, conversing with companions over cups of Australian bush tea made over open campfire
Personal reflection upon the vastness and the beauty of the landscape, and the life of the Prophet and his Companions when they travelled through the Arabian desert
The Rihla is open to males and females (with appropriate Mahram& approved travel arrangements) over the age of 18, under the guidance of Imam Afroz Ali.
