This training is delivered in a fun, interactive and practical manner. Gain the leadership skills in an environment full of support where you can learn and improve.
Program aims to provide:
- young leaders with an introduction to leadership theory and then expose them to the practice of leadership through a project undertaking.
- a basis for those interested in giving back to the community via organisations or personal initiatives.
- a model to launch & lead commercial and not-for-profit initiatives guided by mentors.
- practical leadership experience working in diverse teams, planning, resolving conflict, negotiating & effectively communicating.
