THEOLOGY OF QUR’AN SERIES: ‘ANGELS AND THE WORLD OF UNSEEN’
Belief in angels is the second tenet of the six essentials in Islamic faith. Yet we seldom talk about them. Besides human beings, angels and other spiritual beings are also conscious beings according to Qur’an. Why are they created and what role do they exactly play? What is their nature? We believe in an unseen world but can we prove its existence. How about dreams? Are dreams true and can they really be interpreted? We will also discuss human spirit, and explore Islamic sources about the human spirit. Can we prove its existence?
This particular course has the following content:
- Proofs for the existence of angels
- Angels in the Qur’an and hadith
