Ok for those of you who've read my blog, here is the next installment. I'm working now so it's really hard to get it all together. But I'm trying. Please please please make dua for me! I'm truly in need.

My intention for starting this blog is to do 2 things.
1. That I never forget the blessing that Allah bestowed on me for letting me go
2. That it may be a means of inspiration for people to gather up the intention and desire to go. If you read the beginning of my blog you will understand why I was the most unlikely person to even go! SubhanAllah

It's super long I know, but I can't cut it down because it's my memory and my joy was in all the details.

SubhanAllah I've just had someone pm me on fb telling me she cried after reading my blog. God that's just so touching!

On 2nd October this years Al-Haramain Hajj group (best ever Aussie Hajj group!) will be leaving our shores.

I have finished my Hajj blog and the rest is due to go live very soon inshaAllah ta'ala!!!

I'm so excited that it's finished alhamdulilah!!

Now everyone can read a full scale hajj experience from Madinah to Makkah to home at a time that coincides with the departure of our 2012 Hajjis.

Mashallah! Mashallah! Wow I couldn't help but ready every word because I absolutely loved that story. I made my journey to hajj in 2009 and your story gave me so much memories and so much goosebumps. This isn't just a story, it's a inspiration to all who strive to make the journey.

 

It would have not been the same had you left out your pre hajj details as this was important to your journey. From heartache to heaven and all by the will of Allah. Your persistence in not wasting a single moment was your greatest achievment. This I found very difficult as to worship almost 24/7 sometimes got me jaded, but inshallah I have another chance to go again (2014) is the set goal inshallah.

 

Once again Jazakallah Khayrun for sharing, will never forget it.

I'm soooooooo happy you liked it alhamdulilah! Wallahi it makes me so happy when someone reads it because most of the time i think I wonder who would ever get through it- but it's such a blessing to have been able to document it let alone have people appreciate it. 

 

I had a lot of beautiful moments, I'm so grateful alhamdulilah. 

 

I am dying to go again, I want to go in 2014 do Umrah, It's just a dream right now, although if it literally turns into a dream I will jump over the moon lol.

It must have been an mindblowing experience. I'm hoping to go on my 40th birthday (I was born on dhul hijjah) and make the following du'a: 

 

And We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment. His mother carried him with hardship and gave birth to him with hardship, and his gestation and weaning [period] is thirty months. [He grows] until, when he reaches maturity and reaches [the age of] forty years, he says, "My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims." | Those are the ones from whom We will accept the best of what they did and overlook their misdeeds, [their being] among the companions of Paradise. [That is] the promise of truth which they had been promised.

I didn't take many photos to be honest. I posted some on the side panel, I would have loved to have been able to post them in my blog with the writing but I couldn't figure out how... 

 

Khair inshaAllah. Maybe when I'm procrastinating I can try to figure it out
