Okay here is mine for the day - I really didn't want to put it up but I thought it might shame me into eating better on Wednesday and so on. I have an exam at 6pm tomorrow so I shall be pigging out all day tomorrow, I don't care.

Breakfast

Cup of tea with l/fat milk and 2 sugars, 1 slice of white bread (I love bread in tea!) and 2 malt biscuits.

Snack

5 pieces of Cadbury turkish delight. I can't wait til this block is over, I am so stupid for buying it.

Lunch

Roasted pumpkin, pesto, lettuce, tomato, and fetta on toasted foccacia - YUM!!!

Snack

Another 5 pieces of chocolate
And the rest of the gingerbread babies - they all dead now.

Dinner

Salad - the rest of the rocket (not much unfortunately, will need to buy more tomorrow) with sun-dried tomatoes, and mixed beans - LOTS AND LOTS OF BEANS to make up for the lack of rocket

My main meals are so healthy but I stuff it up with chocolate and biccies! :(

Ive been pretty good for a few days and need to lose a few decades of kilos to get to my normal BMI. Been going to the gym ( I LOVE FERNWOOD!!!) and doing classes so Im quite happy.

I suggest we all go on a 12 week plan that the Govt is promoting http://www.measureup...the campaign-lp

and download the 12-week tracker here http://www.measureup...;File/cover.pdf

I want to start it officially end of this week. Just warming up now.

Who wants to do it with me and we can start at the same time?

Good idea Sabrinee, maybe you could start a new thread for the people who are interested. It would make things alot less messy in this thread. :)

What I ate today

* Crunchy nut cereal with some low fat milk for breakfast

I should type mine up. I think i want to chuck my sweetner out, it's making me a mad woman.

Breakfast:
>nothing (no time)

Lunch:
>fish
>cucmber

Snack:
>random chickenny wingy majijjys
>tea (with sweetner)

Dindin:
>beef paddie and cheese
>more tea with sweetner

another snack for the fatty:
EDIT: i just had fish again

Exercise:
>nothing   I'd slap myself if it didn't hurt.

I fell like a fat&%* today, no more sweetner! 1gram of carbs per pack, and God knows how many i've had in my ridiculous amounts of tea, which i'm not allowed in the first place, and now I feel hungry again.

i dont think biggest loser is a good representation of "big people"

the name itself for starters "biggest loseR" ...I think its very offensive to label individuals as losers because of how they look ....

Just because a small group of people feel that they should be embrassed n depressed just because they are fat ...it does not necessarily mean that all the other remaining "fat" people also feel the same way....

Dont let other ppl determine how ur life should be lived ......its not rite ....u only get one shot at this ....

I'd probably be the crying in front of the mirror type. Not the "fat and i'm proud type". So yeah, good on those people who are genuinely comfortable with themselves, cos I sure as hell am not that type. :)

Okay I weighed myself today (after eating breakfast though, I forgot  ) and I currently weigh 56.9kg. I was at exactly 58kg when I started, which was on November 13th sooo 8 days ago.

I'm guessing most of that weight is water so I'm happy but not amazed. So I did half an hour of bhangra workout cos I felt guilty for doing so little exercise this week :P
