Dear Ms. Fulmer,

I have received your letter of 19 December 2006. This letter gives me a definite impression that you and your organisation have decided to kill my complaints before I even made them available to you for your consideration.

Your letter is suggestive, manipulative and full of threats to annihilate and/or dismiss my complaints and they are consistent with your past negative and destructive behavior and practices. You also provided a clause to withdraw these complaints under the NSW Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (Abandonment of complaint 92C).

Your past and present track record compels me to ask you the following;
1. When did your office decide to annihilate and/or dismiss my complaints?
2. Why did your office decide to annihilate and/or dismiss my complaints?
3. Under what moral or authority or legal ruling, apart from the “Abandonment of complaint 92C,” are you behaving in this manner or basing your actions on?

I respectfully ask you the above questions because;
1. I have made a number complaints more than two years ago,
2. I have been patiently waiting for you to collect these tapes and initiate some meaningful actions in order to reduce if not eliminate the undeniable racial and sectarian slandering emanating from Radio 2GB,
3. I have been patiently waiting and communicating with you as well as informed you on how to obtain some of those tapes in question from a number of sources.

I individually do not say the above alone, as many responsible media outlets as well as the NSW Police Report regarding the Cronnulla riot (123 pages) identified radio 2GB’s ongoing racist and sectarian filths. Even the world renowned Media Watch of the ABC found the 2GB radio network in breach of many laws and values on many occasions!

Yet, many of those tapes that I have requested are missing, some of the available tapes are incomplete and you are not even bothered to listen to them. However, you are asking me now and requesting that I provide my time and energies and legally advise you so as to how or where there is a breach of legislation and therefore to become the judge, jury and executioner in this ongoing matter! I do not know under what law, moral or authority I could perform those duties you have requested and I ask why are you avoiding your responsibilities?

As my current complaints have reached to a frustrating point due to your and the NSW ADB’s deliberate and questionable series of actions and inactions. These actions/inactions and overall attitude are similar to murdering or amounting to dismissing my earlier complaints of 2001 and 2002, which confirms an historic track record and handling strategy as articulated by Professor Peter Manning in his book “US and Them”!

In reality, you and your organization have been acting like a modern day Pontius Pilate, funded by the tax-payers as well you are reconfirming the fact that you do not want to protect Muslims or even protecting Christians. This trend is similar to the existing attitude of media, politics and bureaucracy! To support my case I can present the following .

“Abdul Rahim Ayub was found guilty by the zionised corporate media and government of Australia before even being charged by anyone! They also used this incident to incite prejudice against Muslims residing inside and outside of Australia. Unfortunately the Australian Anti-Discrimination Acts or other related laws are unwilling and unable to protect Muslims from such blatant and deliberate attacks.

The question is where was the Anti-Discrimination Board? Where is the fairness and a bloody fair go? Why the hell do Muslims have to defend themselves all of the time?

Dear Ms. Vincent

Further to my communication with Mr. Alan Jones, the following will provide you a much clearer picture of radio 2GB's shock jocks ultimate desire and intention: to incite hate against Islam and Muslim communities in Australia.

On 15/05/2005 before the 10.00 pm news a 2GB contributor rang up Reverend Bill Cruise and spoke to him about the blatant anti-Muslim nature of night time presenter Jim Ball. During that discussion Ball did not deny such belligerent practice. Yet, I am
surprised by 2GB management's blindness about it.

On 02-06-2005 after 1.00 am or 2.00 am news Jim Ball played Andrew Bolt interview of Alan Jones and converted the whole night as on open season for attacking Islam and Muslims. Such an open season is not new for him albeit sad and tragic for us.

Prior to 06-06-2005 Jim Ball was denying the existence of abuse and desecration of Quran by the US forces and the same time he was injecting his never ending anti-Muslim, anti-Arab slurs and slanders. However at about 12.15 am of 06-06-2005 Jim Ball turned around and found valid reasons and grounds for the desecration and abuse of Quran.

Beside the manifestly more evidence that I have provided to you with before, I wonder why radio 2GB is so determined to inject anti-Muslim and anti-Islamic venom day in day out. Mischievously and ironically your station is simultaneously, vehemently campaigning against the proposed Religious Vilification Law. What folly- to what good purpose?

Dear Mr Ahmed

I refer to the Board's letter to you of 14 November 2006 and our telephone discussion on 7 December 2006.

I wrote to you on 14 November 2006 confirming the matters we discussed during our meeting on 3 November 2006. I outlined what information the Board required from you to be able to investigate your complaint further. You agreed to provide the information to the Board by 3 December 2006.

On 7 December 2006, you contacted the Board and advised that you had an appointment with the Public Interest Advocacy Centre in order to obtain advice about your complaint. You agreed to contact me after that meeting and advise your intentions about proceeding with your complaints. I have not heard from you since this discussion and I have not received the information previously requested.
Please note that if the Board does not receive the information requested within 28 days of the date of this letter, the complaint will be taken to be abandoned and the President will terminate the complaint under section 92C of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). A complete copy of section 92C is attached to this letter.

Please note that I will be on annual leave during the period 20 December 2006, through to 12 January 2006.

Dear Ms. Wing,

I have been interacting and corresponding with your department for the last eight years. During this period I have not found anything positive about your organization. The questionable resignation of the former President Chris Puplick, subsequent funding cuts and public protest by the ADB staffs against such funding cuts, as well as my experiences are sufficient for me to ask the following questions before any further communication regarding my cases continues;

1. When did the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board commence operation?
2. What was the mission statement of the NSW ADB then?
3. What is the mission statement of the NSW ADB today?

I also would like to know:
1. How much funding via taxpayers money is being received by the NSW ADB every calendar or financial year?
2. How many complaints have been received since the NSW ADB was founded?
3. How many of those complaints were received from persons of Muslim and Arab background?
4. How many of those complaints received from persons of Muslim and Arab background were upheld or proven and resulted in any form of successful prosecution?

Could you also provide to me previous and current copies of the NSW ADB Annual Reports.

As a fair and reasonable person, it becomes a must to receive these yardsticks. Until I receive a response, I cannot fully respond to your unreasonable demands as well as address your reckless and wild allegations in your letter of 23 January 2007. Therefore I am waiting for your reply.
