The Foundations in Usool ul-fiqh is the second level study program for Foundations students that provides students with an understanding on how legal rulings in Islamic law are formulated and how it is implemented; the tools to understand the diversity of Islamic rulings and empowers students to revive and apply principles of Islamic Sciences as part of their daily lives.
The Foundations in Usool ul-fiqh is the second level study program, for Foundations students preparing to progress towards the Seekers Program, and is offered at the Sydney campus. The aims of the course are:
* Provide an understanding on how legal rulings in Islamic law are formulated and how it is implemented;
* Provide fundamental tools to understand the diversity of Islamic rulings, ;
* Empower students to revive and apply principles of Islamic Sciences as part of their daily lives.
